Dr. David Streif graduated from The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1983 and completed the General Practice Residency in 1984.  He spent 7 years in private practice in the Minneapolis area with his practice focused toward restorative and cosmetic dentistry, occlusal problems and temporomandibular disorders (TMD).  In 1991 he joined the Twin Cities TMJ and Facial Pain Clinic and has devoted his clinical practice solely to the diagnosis and management of TMD since 1994.  He is active in local and national dental societies and is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain.  He has presented lectures relating to head and neck injuries and TMD at state and local dental society meetings.
